It’s nothing less than the most important mid-season preparation in more than 30 years for Borussia Dortmund, who are amidst the relegation fight and need to work hard and well to fight their way out of the drop zone and out of the crisis. The black and yellows have three weeks time to find back into their stride, before the immense pressure will pile on once the Bundesliga returns at the end of January.

Kevin Kampl joins Borussia Dortmund

The Slovenian, born in Solingen (50 km South-West of Dortmund), signed a contract running until 2019. BVB will hope to have made another step in order to turn around their miserable season, as they enforce their offensive midfield with the 24 year old, who has shown a lot of promise in recent seasons and is set for bigger things.
