On Sunday, the Englishman gave the “all clear”. The Dortmund camp was not amused with Kimmich’s violent conduct after BVB’s 2-0 Supercup victory over arch-rivals Bayern Munich. Michael Zorc slammed the VAR after the game, calling it obsolete for the decision to not show a straight red. The Bayern right-back had stepped on Sancho’s foot in the 76. minute, visibly lifting his standing leg to shift his weight to twist the Englishman’s ankle in the process. The midfielder had to be substituted out of the game just a few minutes later. As Dortmund hoisted the trophy, Sancho had a yellow bandage wrapped around his ankle. .@Sanchooo10's foot after Kimmich's attack.
