Borussia Dortmund suffered their first defeat at home, as they lost to PAOK 0-1, finishing second in Group C of the Europa League. Here is what the head coach and players had to say after the match. (Sources: Ruhr Nachrichten, BVB.de)

Thomas Tuchel: “We are disappointed. We dominated the match and had promising goal scoring opportunities. We have to use those better. … I have the feeling that I was not able to lead the team to believe that they absolutely had to score the first goal. … This defeat hurts and was unnecessary. We have to show a different attitude in the last three matches [of the Hinrunde].
Tuchel on next round draw: “I wish to play Liverpool in the last match of the cup.”
Tuchel on Stenzel: “It would have helped him, if the team had played better. … We did not gift Pascal this match as a token of gratitude. He had worked hard for it.”
Sven Bender: “A match like that, however, gives you the opportunity to study things in reference to the next matches. We could have shown much more. But we did not. We had an off-day. And then you lose. Fortunately, we had won the other [matches].
